RULE # 1: CLEANSE, TREAT, PROTECT
Cleansing: Do not let 12 hours go by without washing your face! Use a cleanser for your skin type and wash twice a day. Do not go to bed with makeup or Sunblock on your face no matter how tired you are, you will benefit from this rule as you get older!

MicroLaser Peel & Profractional Therapy
MicroLaser Peel: (Erbium) (also called the Weekend Peel)
- A minimal downtime light resurfacing treatment, limited to the epidermis that evens out skin tone, texture & colour, and restores a healthy-looking, youthful glow to the skin.
- Average downtime is 3 days.
Deep Resurfacing:
- A more aggressive procedure that literally erases wrinkles, pigmented lesions and other skin irregularities in the epidermis and dermis.
Profractional Therapy:
- A minimal downtime treatment that creates micro-ablated channels deep into the dermal tissue ( that treats scars and stimulates new collagen formation), surrounded by islands of untreated skin ( to promote rapid healing)
- We can treat the face, neck, chest and hands
- Average downtime is 3-4 days.
- Pinpoint bleeding after treatment for first 24 hours.

According to the research, over 40 per cent of women identified sagging as a sign of aging they've seen around their jowls, cheeks and skin overall. Not surprisingly, more than one in four women (27 per cent) reported wanting higher cheekbones and cheeks that don't sag, and 25 per cent said they want to preserve their cheeks from their youth as they age.
